• Provide the highest quality expertise and guidance to our customers which will insure that; each order is accurate; all available options have been presented; the final product is aesthetically pleasing; and all building codes are satisfied.
• Order all products in a manner which will ensure accuracy and a timely delivery.
• Receive, store, and deliver all components for each order accurately and free of damage.
• Follow up with our vendors in a timely manner concerning backorders; to answer all service related issues within forty-eight hours, and to complete all field service within four (4) working days of receipt of parts from our vendors.

History/Timeline

North American Window and Door, Inc. opened in Edgemont, PA in 1975.  We started during a time when the energy crisis was raging.  Our main focus was to provide energy efficient windows to the public.

We outgrew our location in Edgemont and moved to West Chester in 1986.  This new location would prove to be our home base for the next 20 years.

As business grew we decided to open a 2nd location in New Hope, PA in March of 2000.

In order to service our South Jersey clients we opened a Kolbe Gallery in Seaville, NJ in Spring of 2006.

In June 2007 we began construction on our new building, just a few blocks away, on Goshen Parkway in West Chester.

Construction took just under 1 year from start to finish and we moved into our new headquarters in April 2008.

North American Window and Door was established in 1975 and has been servicing Chester County, Tri-State and surrounding areas since our inception.  We pride ourselves on being a family owned and operated business and treat our clients as if they are part of our family.  Over the years we have been fortunate enough to expand and have since outgrown our two previous locations.  Our flagship office, since May 2008, has been located at 1304 Goshen Parkway Suite 200 West Chester, PA 19380 (Check out our picture timeline of the construction process). This location also houses our Showroom and Warehouse.  In addition to our West Chester headquarters we have 2 satellite locations in New Hope, Bucks County and Ocean View, NJ to provide our customers with easy access to our expert sales staff.

The main focus of our business is to supply Window & Door products to the contracting community, from custom home builders to your everyday handyman.  We have been offering Wood Windows and Doors by Kolbe, known for their custom millwork capability, since 1985.  In addition to Kolbe we carry Wood, Vinyl and Composite Window products from manufacturers such as Windsor Windows and Doors, BF Rich, Dove, TrimLine, Atrium, and Kohltech just to name a few.  We provide Wood, Fiberglass, Steel and Composite door products from leading manufacturers as well, including Jeld-Wen IWP, Therma Tru, Signature, Masonite and many others.  We also distribute Shutters (Plantation and Exterior), Architectural Millwork, Storm Windows and Doors, Wood & Fiberglass Columns, and Mouldings.
